MIRAMAR CHAMPIONSHIP (Pen United Press Association.! WELLINGTON. September 28. Miss Suzanne Collins (Wairarapa and Wellington), the women’s golf champion of the Dominion, won the open championship at the Miramar Ladies’ Club’* tournament to-day by defeating Mrs Thurgood (Wellington), 3 and 1, in the final. Miss Collins dominated the championship throughout, leading in the qualifying round _ and winning het matches in convincing fashion.
