SLOANS BEATS PARRIS [Per United Press Association.l WELLINGTON, September 28. Syd. Sloane (Australia) proved himself a clever boxer, with a heavilyloaded right hand in scoring a technical knock-out over Billy Parris (Wellington) in the tenth round of a professional contest scheduled for 12 rounds tonight. A well-filled house enjoyed the contest, which was full of action because of Parris’s aggressive methods.
