CORRESPONDENCE
TO THE EDITOR.
Sir, —As a member of the W.C.T.U. who attended its district convention held on Tuesday last I would like to voice my strong, very strong, protest against the proposal for wet canteens in military camps. I wish to thank “ Garrison Artillery ” for his letter, and say to mothers “ wake up and take action.” This letter shows only too clearly what the outcome would be. — I am, etc., Violet Dickinson. September 28.
