INTERCOLONIAL STEAMER AGROUND.—ShortIy before 7 o’clock last evening, the intercolonial motor vessel Port Tauranga left the wharf, but in negotiating the steamer basin, preparatory to entering the Victoria Channel, she was caught by the squally north-easterly and swung round, driving her nose into the sandbank bordering the channel. Very lightly burdened, she offered comparatively little resistance to the force of the wind. About 2 o’clock this morning she was refloated on the tide, and continued her journey.
