PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with the provisions of Section 199 and the Seventh Schedule of “ The Municipal Corporations Act, 1933,” of the intention of the Dunedin City Council to fix a level for portion of Henry street in the Maori Hill District in accordance wth the plans prepared by the City Engineer end numbered 3629/1, 3629/2,. and respectively, which plans may be inspected at the office of the undersigned, Town Hall, Octagon, Dunedin, between the hours cf 8.30 a.ra. and 5 p.m. on all week days except Saturdays. The proposed level will be considered by the Council at a meeting to be heid on the 6th day of NOVEMBER, 1939, and all objections to such levels by persons affected thereby must be in writing, addressed to and sent to the Dunedin City Council not less , than Ten (10) days before the day of the meeting above referred to, at which meeting all such objections will be considered.
