COURSING AND TIN HARE RACING

Coursing and tin-hare racing enthusiasts will be interested to learn that the proposed Earning Act Commission will bo appointed during the present session if time permits. The Minister of Internal Affairs, in advising the Northern Hawke’s Bay Greyhound Racing Association of this decision, stated that he would deal with the matter of totalizator permits for coursing and tinhare racing clubs as a national question. Much evidence has been collected by the various bodies concerned, and it is the intention of the New Zealand Coursing Association to send a representative to conduct the case for the clubs.
