(Received September 28, at 8 a.m.) Freddie Bartholomew asked for an injunction to prevent further suits by his parents and sisters. He said he was already sending 19,600 dollars annually to them, and he owed his attorneys 50,000 dollars. He added that on an I average a suit had been filed against him every fortnight since 1935, when i ho went to Hpllywood.
