POLISH CAPITAL TO BE DESTROYED.—Stating that tho defenders have not been convinced of the uselessness of their struggle, the German Command at Warsaw has ordered the complete destruction of the city by artillery bombardment. This scene in tho famous city was taken on the occasion of a military parade commemorating the constitution of 1791. The troops on this festival occasion wore the uniforms of that period.
