PORT CHALMERS GLOB The best scores returned id the L.G.U.’ medal and sealed hole match were by Mrs Hunt, 84—-17—67, and Miss Brotherston, 96—19—77. _ In tho semi-final of the championship, Mrs Whitson defeated Mrs Lawson 4 and .‘l. Earlier in the week Mrs Hunt defeated Miss Brotherston 4 and 3. Mrs Hunt and Mrs Whitson will play off at a later date for the championship honour.
CHISHOLM PARK CLUB A medal round played on Saturday resulted in a win for R. Bezett with a score of 42—12—30. Other score* were as follows ;—A. Bezett 44—12—32, W. King 44—12—32, L. Wood 40—8— : 32, A. Laing 38—5 —33.- J. Burns 40 —7—33. A. Anderson 42—9—33. R. Phillip 46—12—84; -J.' M'Mullan 42-47—35, F Wigney 449 —33. The seventh and final round of the Treugrove Cup was also played and resulted in a tie between A. Anderson and J. Burns, who both had best net totals for five rounds of iSB. : ■■■■■„
