SWITZERLAND MOBILISATION.—The whole of Switzerland was mobilised recently, and people were summoned into the streets before dawn by the ringing of bells and beating of drums to read the mobilisation orders which had been posted up. By mid-oay mobilisation was complete, and the Swiss frontiers were manned. Troops are seen packing the gas masks after they had been mobilised at Schafthausen. ,
