BATHING BEAUTY CONTEST
An advertisement in this issue announces that the popular annual beach carnival at Caroline Bay, Timaru, between Christmas and New Year will have an additional attraction this year in a South Island bathing beauty contfeat. Prizes ranging from £2O to £2 10s are to be offered for competition. Medical men will be included amongst the judges.
