TOWN HALL DANCE

Members of the various hockey clubs and of the Port Chalmers Rowing Club will be present. To-night dancers will again be given the opportunity to have their favourite songs and dances played by request. Mr Dick Colvin’s Radio Band will plav the music. This band is a combination of nine instrumentalists, and it will be assisted by four vocalists in Miss Irene Brookes and Messrs James MacFarlane, Jack, Priestly, and Arthur W’aller. The doors will be opened at 7 o’clock, and amplified music will be supplied until 8. During this period free tuition will be given for those who wish to avail themselves of the opportunity to learn the new dance, Booriips-a-Daisy. ,
