POLISH WEALTH IN GERMAN HANDS.—By her occupation of Polish Silesia,_ Germany claims she will increase her coal production by one-quarter and obtain valuable supplies of iron and other ores. The Poles, however, assert that they have flooded the mines and otherwise rendered them unworkable for 12 months.
