— - PREPARING FOR RATANA TANGI GATHERING OF 5,000 EXPECTED (Pf.k United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, September '2O. The funeral of Mr T. W. Rataua, Maori prophet, will take place at Rataua on Sunday afternoon. Already 2,000 Natives have gathered at the settlement, and a big contingent from North Auckland is expected to-mor-row. It is expected that m all 5,000 will be present. There will also be many hundreds of Europeans. In an interview to-night Mr P. K. Paikea, M.P. for Northern Maori, said that the future of the movement would be discussed during and after the lying in state. A strong committee had been formed, which included Mr E. T. Tirikatene, M.P. for Southern Maori, and Mr H. T. Rataua, M.P. for Western Maori. He could not say more than that. The matter of a new loader would no doubt be discussed when the future of the movement was under consideration
