Sir, —May I suggest that, in.view of tho present world crisis and the very poor response of our footballers to the call for recruits, nil Rugby unions, including the New Zealand Union, should not allow anv player over tho age of 21 years to talrc part in any game under their control unless he can give good reasons why ho has not offered his services? —1 am, etc., .1 kiisey von Tujcic.
