M. Wilson (Wellington), £44 os 9d, voods supplied; Dunedin Motors Ltd. v. Robert Duncan, £5 9s. goods supplied; Reddells Ltd. v. Ray Jenkins (Wingatui), £7 10s, goods supplied; Clifford Brown Ltd. v. Arthur George Kennev (Berwick), £7 Is 3d, goods supplied; Clifford Brown Ltd. v. (Robert Charles King (Wait.ati), £3 17s 6d (goods supplied) ; Norman C. Reid v, Cyril Johnstone, £l, money lent. CAR COLLISION. 'As the outcome of a. car collision on the Taicri Plains on May 2S last, Alexander Kennedy (Balclutha) proceeded against James Vincent AVhelan for £42 :js 10d, representing the cost of repairs, depreciation, loss of the use of the car, and other expenses. Thu plaintiff’s car, driven by Miss iicxic Johnstone, of Balclutha, was proceeding south on the main highway between'"East Taieri and Allanton when it was struck by a truck driven by tho defendant, who was proceeding north. The plaintiff claimed that Whelan failed to keep to the left of the centre line of tiie highway and that lie failed to stop or steer clear of the plaintiff’s CU Mr J. G. Warrington represented the plaintiff and Mr J. C. Mowat appeared for the defendant. The case was continuing this afternono.
