20,000 KILLED IN LEMBERG (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, September 18. (Received September 19, at 11.30 a.m.) A Ministry of Information bulletin states that in' a broadcast in Russian on September 16 it was announced from Moscow that 20,000 civilians were killed by German bombing in Lemberg and that Germany had machine-gunned refugees from Lublin.
