Forecast: Moderate to strong, north-westerly to westerly winds. Rain at times in the west and -south, but weather mainly fair, with ■ moderate temperatures. Seas moderate on the east coast; elsewhere rather rough to rough. ■ LOCAL REPORT. Maximum temperature -to-day, 54.2 deg. Maximum yesterday (24 ' hours) g 64deg. Minimum to-day,, 50-ldeg.
