ROTARY CONFERENCE
DOMINION DELEGATES RETURN ' [Pee United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, September 18. Representatives of the Rotary movement in New Zealand who attended the All-Australian Rotary Conference in Sydney are hack. There were 23 in the New Zealand delegation. The outbreak of war upset the arrangements to some extent. There were delegates who were unable to attend, and, instead of the conference being opened by Mr W. M. Hughes, in the Sydney Town Hall, it was opened by a recording.
