SPEEDING.

TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —The time is long overdue for our traffic officers to put some motorists and some taxis from the city in their proper place for speeding in Cargill road The taxis are far the worst offenders. It is only making a fool of traffic regulations as things are. Some of these times they will drop across somebody that will take the law in his own hands with these speed fiends, and they will only get what they well deserve,—l am, etc,, Member A.A. Otago.
