WOMEN'S HOCKEY
Players who intend to take up A.R.P. and V.A.D. classes should send their names and addresses to the secretary of the association before next Saturday.
The following C grade representative team has been chosen to play West Taieri at Outram on Saturday;—Goal; J, Brown (Carlton); full-backs, L. Adams (College), E. Williamson (Carlton) ; half-baks—E. Morton (Otago), M. Tait (Carlton, captain), E. Dodd (Momona); forwards Cutten (Taieri), J. Caddie (College), C. Middleton (College), E. Weddell (Taieri), Costello (Taieri). Reserves: L. Phillips (Carlton), A. Kennedy (Carlton). The team will play in navy gym. frocks (not Carlton uniform), white blouses, black stockings, and no caps, and will leave the Queen’s Gardens at 2, Miss Warburton will accompany the team as manageress, and Mr Bbcock as umpire.
