TAIERI ANGLERS’ CLUB

ANNUAL SMOKE CONCERT There was a good attendance at the annual smoke social of the Taieri Anglers’ Club held at Mosgiel on Saturday night, in the Fire Brigade Hall. Mr J. Campbell (president) presided, •and extended a welcome to visitors, amongst whom were representatives of the Otago Acclimatisation Society. The cups and trophies won last season were presented and a number of 'songs and musical items interspersed items on an appropriate toast list. This year’s officers are : —President, Mr J.
