Holmdale arrived this morning from Wellington to load and sail to-night for Wellington, Picton, and Wanganui via ports. , Waimariuo left Auckland.last Friday for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Bluff. She is due here to-mor-row, and will sail the same day for Bluff. Storm is due on Saturday from Bluff to load and sail the same day for Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, Picton, and Wanganui. Matai is due here on Monday from northern ports to load and sail for southern lighthouses. Port Waikato is due on Tuesday from Wellington to load and sail the same day for Tauranga, Auckland, and Whangarei via Timaru, Lyttelton, and Wellington. Waiana is to leave Auckland to-mor-row for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Bluff, and is due hero on Wednesday. She will sail the same day for Bluff, and will return on September 23 to load for Auckland via ports. Poolta is to load at Westport on Monday for Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Bluff, and is due here About September 23. Karu is due from Wellington on Thursday next to load and sail the same day for Oamaru, Timaru, Wellington, Nelson, and New Plymouth. INTERISLAND EXPRESS. The interisland express ( steamer Rangatira arrived at Lyttelton from Wellington at 6.35 this morning. Passengers and mails for the south connected with, the express. NEW TONNAGE FOR NORWAY. In addition to a large amount of tanker tonnage, Norwegian owners have 36 cargo motor ships of about 322,600 tons dead-weight under construction or on order. Twelve vessels, of 110,000 tons, are to ho delivered before the end of 1939; seven, of 58,700 tons, in the first half of next year; and five, of 48,700 tons, in the first half of 1941. These statistics relate to vessels of more than 7,000 tons deadweight each. Vessels under construction or on order in Norwegian yards for Norwegian or foreign account total 46, of 152,300 tons deadweight, including 25 motor ships, of 76,900 tons. Ten of the vessels, of 29.700 tons (including four motor ships of 4,100 tons), are due for delivery before the end of the year; 17, of 55,000 tons (including eight motor ships, of 26,600 tons), in the first half of next year; 14, of 52.400 tons (including eight motor ships, of 31,000 tons), in the second half of next year; and five, of 15,200 tons (all motor ships), in the first half of 1941.
