GERMAN PILOT S MISTAKE. BERLIN, September 13.—A German scouter plane .shot clown a Dutch Pokher machine by mistake off the island of Amelaud outside Dutch territorial waters. Germans rescued the lour members of the crew. There was a heavy sea. All those rescued were slightly injured, one being shot through the toe.
