DUNEDIN CITY COUNCIL. NOTICE OF INTENTION TO FIX LEVELS OF STREETS. PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with the provisions of Section 193 and' the Seventh Schedule ‘of “ The Municipal Corporations Act, 1933,” of the Intention of the Dunedin City Council to FIX LEVELS for portions of Glenelg street and Greenock street in the Kaikorai district, and of Falkland street in the Maori Hill district, in accordance with the plans prepared by the City Engineer, and numbered 4,089 and 4,089/1, 3,993. and 3,996/1 and 3,996/2 respectively, which plans may bo inspected at the Office of the undersigned, Town Hall, Octagon, Dunedin, between the hours of 8.30 a.m. and 5 p.m, on all week-days except Saturdays. The proposed levels will be considered'by the Council at a MEETING to be held on the 6th day of'NOVEMBER, 1939, and all Objections to such Levels by persona affected thereby must be in writing, addressed to and sent to the Dunedin City Council not less than ten (10) days before the day of the Meeting above referred to, at which Meeting all such objections will be considered.
