FOUR MEMBERS ARRESTED Press Association—By Tejegraph—Copyright DUBLIN, September 10. Detectives arrested four members of the Irish Republican Army, including two signatories to the proclamation. GOVERNMENT'S DETERMINATION LONDON, September 11. (Received September 12, at 11 a.m.) The Dublin correspondent of ‘ The Times ’ says: The arrest at the weekend of four prominent Republicans, two of whom signed! the I.R.A. ultimatum to Lord Halifax in January, shows that the Government is determined to chock their activities.
