Albert Barclay was proceeded against in the Police Court yesterday on an information for the disobedience of a maintenance order. Defendant was sentenced to six weeks’ imprisonment, the warrant to he suspended provided the sum of £3 is paid on or before September 14 and £2 each succeeding week until the arrears (£24 12s Gd) are paid off.
