Trouble occurred for Shirley Teiryile to-day when Jack Hays, an independent movie producer, sued Khuwds Patents, Twentieth Century Fox Films, and two banks for 500,000d0l and a percentage of her earnings, alleging that in 1932 he had a contract to train the star. Also to-day, at Atlanta,- a youth of 16 was indicted by a Federal grand jury for attempted extortion from Shirley Temple’s parents of 25,000d01.
