SATISFACTORY CONFERENCE GHIANG KAI-SHEK'S SINCERITY Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright NANKING, October 8. (Receiver October 9, at 10.30 a.m.) After a conference between Cbiang Kai-shek and the Japanese Ambassador (Mr Kawagoe) the latter paid a tribute to Cbiang Kai-sbek’s sincerity.
Later the Japanese Embassy announced confidence in Chiaug Kai-shek’s desire to negotiate a settlement of the differences.
