OPPOSED TO NEW CONSTITUTION OUT TO WRECK AND DESTROY ACT Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright MADRAS, October 8. “The Congress is going to do its utmost to wreck, destroy, and uproot the new constitution,” declared Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, president of the Indian National Congress, in a speech at a public meeting. He said it would be fatal for congressmen to accept office. _ “ Let no congressman talk of anything even remotely resembling cooperation in working the new Act.”
