BREAD.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —“ Good Bread ” implies that there is a lack of understanding on my part as regards the season’s flour. My argument did not concern flour, but bread. It is only gross carelessness to allow the bread to be put on the market in its present state. If any kind of bread suits some people it does not suit me. We have to work hard for our wages, so I think we should at least get a wholesome article. I have worked in a bakehouse and know what 1 am talking about.—l am, etc., Fed Up. October 8.
