EGYPT TO PARTICIPATE Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright ALEXANDRIA, October 7. (Received October 8, at 11.30 a.m.) Egypt has decided to participate in the Empire air mail scheme. The Government will pay Britain, through Imperial Airways, £22,500. Egyptian mails addressed to other countries will he carried at about the same charge as at present for ordinary mail.
