ARRANGEMENTS FOR MEETINGS Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, October 7. (Received October 8, at 11.30 a.m.) The Communists have notified the police that they intend to march to the East End on October 11 from Tower Hill to a meeting in Victoria • Park. Ten thousand are exptcted to take part. It is stated that the rally was planned before the events of October 4. The Manchester City Council has granted permission for a Fascist meeting to be held, provided no uniforms are worn.
