BLACKIE. —On 7th October, at his residence, Lochend, East Taieri, Walter, beloved husband of Betsy Blackie, in his 84th year. “At rest.”—The Funeral will leave'his late residence on Friday, 9th October, at 2.30 p.m., for the place of interment at East Taieri Cemetery.—R. Muirhead and Sons Ltd., undertakers. HAMILTON.—On October 6, 1936, at her residence, 27 Gladstone road, Catherine Alexandra, beloved wife of the late John L. Hamilton, and dearly loved mother of Findlay and Colin Hamilton and Mrs A.
