ARTS BALL
To-morrow night Dunedin will have an opportunity of witnessing its first arts ball. Nothing lias been left undone to mako this a most spectacular e'cnt, and for the last two days a band of workers has been busy erecting the decorations, which will be ono of the main features. Ballets, electrical effects, coloured lights, etc., will all go to complete a wonderful evening. I hose wishing to watch can reserve seats at the D.I.C.
