SUGGESTED CHANGE OF HEAD* QUARTERS NO SUPPORT FOR OTAGO % . [Per United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, October 6. No action is to be taken by the Wellington Centre of the New _ Zealand Amateur Swimming Association in the direction of changing the headquarters from Christchurch. This was unanimously decided at a meeting of delegates to-night. The proposal was advocated in a letter from the Otago Centre.
A resolution was passed, • however,-, drawing the attention of the council to the fact that an improvement in the general management would be of greater advantage to the sport.
