Th<? struggle between Prince Starhemberg and Major Fey for control of the Heraiwehr is marked by dramatic moves. First of all a partial conference of the party expelled the Prince from the leadership, but last night his supporters at a larger conference dismissed Major Fey. The latter conferred with the Chancellor, who has now forbidden the newspapers to publish Prince Starhemberg's communiques. Major Fey has now proclaimed himself the supreme leader of the Vienna Heimwehr, and declares that he will fight the Prince to the end.
