POSITION OF ALBERTA Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright EDMONTON (Alberta), October 2. (Received October 3, at 2 p.m.) A statistical brief submitted to -Mr Aborhart by the bondholders states that Alberta is'financially solvent and able to meet her interest obligations. It also contends that the Government is not justified in its 3,600,000d0l slash in the interest rates.
