Tho regular meeting of Enterprise Lodge. No. was held in tho Oddfellows’ Hall, Ken sington, last AVednesday, when Arch Druid Bro. Geo. Borthwick presided over a good attendance of members and visitors. The bards’ report disclosed that the amount of sickness amongst tho members to be on tho decrease, and sick pay amounting to £ls was passed for payment. Amongst the correspondence was an invitation to attend Court Woodlands Pride, A.O.F. The invitation was accepted, and the D.P. was instructed to get in touch with the D.P. of No. 1 district to arrange a return evening to Court Woodlands Pride. During the evening one proposition was handed in, tho candidate to he initiated next lodge night. D.P. Bro. W. G. Leatliloy attended in his i.olficial capacity, and was given a warm welcome by tbo Arch Druid. The business of tho evening was quickly disposed of, and a friendly game of” cards was played, after which supper was handed round.

A.D. Bro. W. Holdaway presided over tho regular mooting of the Lily of tho Valley Lodge, No. 11, U.A.0.D., held in the Albany Street Hall on Wednesday last. The Arch Druid extended a hearty welcome to Grand Vice-presi-dent Bro. D. Young, ami members of tho Board of Alanagoment. An invitation to the next meeting of the Royal Arch Chapter on Tuesday, October 1:3, was received. As many brothers as possible were asked to attend a social, at the invitation of Court Woodlands Pride, lady Foresters, on Monday, October 5, at 8.15 p.m. The statement of Iho annual dance committee and the balance sheet were received. Sick pay amounting to £8 was passed for payment. One new candidate was initiated into the lodge in an impressive manner by (he lodge officers. Tin l lodge was addressed at length by O.V.P. Bro. Young, P.A. Bro. H. Beeves, P.A, Bro. A. .1. Hinton, and P.A. Bro. Thompson, of the board.
