CENTRAL MISSION MEAT DEPOT.

TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —May I crave a small space in. your columns to express my appreciation of the Central Mission meat depot.. First to the good lady who hands out our cards so quickly, and to the butchers who, I understand, cut up approximately 18 bodies of beef each week. I feel these men deserve every credit for handling so large an amount in. a very small space, and also for dealing with so many customers in the above premises, and I feel credit is due for the cleanliness of methods and also the courtesy of the staff.—J am, etc., Satisfied. October 3.
