THE MARGATE CONFERENCE (British Official Wireleaa.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY, October 2. (Received October 3, at noon.) A resolution was moved at the Conservative Party Conference at Margate urging the central office to do all within its power to bring into one association at the earliest possible moment all the elements which support the principles ot National Government, as at present constitute!. The resolution was defeated by an overwhelming majority.
