CHAMBERS CONSIDER INDUSTRIAL EFFICIENCY BILL INTERESTS CONCERNED DESIRE TIME [Per United Press Association,] WELLINGTON, October 2. The Industrial Efficiency Bill was considered yesterday by a fully representative meeting of delegates of the Chambers of Commerce of New Zealand, and the following was unanimously carried : “ That, in the opinion of the New Zealand delegates to the fourteenth congress of the Chambers of Commerce of the British Empire, the Industrial Efficiency Bill is of such a far-reaching character that this meeting strongly urges on the Government postponement of its consideration till next session, so as to give time for consideration by all the interests concerned.
