DOUBLE FATALITY SEQUEL

CHARGE AGAIHST MOTORIST [Per United Press Association.] AUCKLAND, October 1. Two charges of negligently driving a motor car at New Lynn on J line 23 so as to cause the death of Mrs Maria Evelyn Richardson and her daughter. Miss' Alice Evelyn Richardson, were preferred against George Wishart Sinton before Mr F. K. Hunt, S.M., in the Police Court to-day. The accident occurred at dusk, the deceased being knocked down by the accused’s car. The accused pleaded not guilty and was committed for trial, bail being allowed.
