ADVERTISING HOARDINGS RESENTED [Pee United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, October 1. ‘ The Growing Evil of Hoardings ’ was discussed by the Wellington Beautifying Society, which js seeking some means of having restrictions placed on their erection.
