RUSSO-AMERICAN PROPOSAL Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright MOSCOW, Sptember 29. (Received September 30, at 11 a.m). A special committee met to organise the £2,500,000 Russo-American air service which it is hoped to inaugurate in the spring of 1937. The route •will be from Moscow across Siberia to Kamchatka and over tho Bering Sea to Nome (Alaska), crossing the American coast to Capo Lawrence.
