Trainer King’s three Epsom entrants —Gay Blonde, Turbine, .and Duke Caledon —galloped seven furlongs in Imin 29sec, with Gay Blonde going much better than the others, leading them home. Billy Boy, carrying a light boy, beat Custos over nine furlongs in Imin 58-isec. Silver Standard (Knox) beat Cuddle (M'Carten) by six lengths over seven furlongs in Imin 29sec. , At Rosebery, on the course .proper, Silver Jubilee led On Parade over six furlongs in Imin 17sec. Gay Lover beat Barak (who bled) and Nabob over six furlongs in Imin 18sec., Stretto ran an easy six furlongs in Imin 20isec. _ - Sporting Blood, going extra well, ran the last seven of 10 furlongs in Imin 32Jsec. The ‘ Sun ’ says Mr Murphy has decidfed to release, M'Carten from his Epsom engagement to ride Cuddle, whose display was disappointing to-day. Carten will now ride'The Marne in the Epsom.
