HIS GOAL REACHED
JACK HORE SATISFIED Jack Hore, All Black and skipper of the Otago team, will hang up his football boots for good after to-day’s match. His retirement from the game he has played so well could not have been made under more auspicious conditions, and the crowd gave him a great ovation. To his unseen admirers over the radio he said his early football ambition was to be an All Black and to captain a team which held the Ranfurly Shield. And it was fitting in this, his last day’s football, that he should be privileged to officiate in that distinctive capacity, @®®®@®@®®B®®BiM3®®®®
