NEW NATIONAL LEADER
GOOD MAH PROMISED [Peb United Press Association.] AUCKLAND, September 27. “ The newi National Party is going to get a leader of whom you will all bo proud,” said Mi - J; Hargest, M.P. for Awarua, addressing an open air meeting at Onehunga. The National Party got a jolly good hiding at the last elections, Mr Hargest added, but it would rise up and fight again and, win or lose, would fight right to the end. Tho panfcy stood for liberty and freedom. He did not know who tho new leader would be, but he assured his listeners that a good man would selected.
