IMRERIAL EX-SERVICEMEN
The monthly social evening of the association was held in tho R.S.A. rooms on Monday last, when there was a large attendance of members and lady friends. Old-time _ and modern dancing was enjoyed during the evening to music provided by the Savoma Band, and in the course of the evening items were provided by Mr George Currie (humorous songs), Mr H. 0. M'Farlanc (who gave selections on Ins kerosine-tin violin), Mr G. Cox (exhibition of tap-darcing), and Mr A'ex. Snoll (songs). Mrs Lilly officiated as accompanist. After supper, dancing wps continued until a lato hour. All present voted the evening an outstanding success, and similar entertainments will no doubt form a feature of the social committee’s programme in future.
