“ Worried.”—This pest is always found where decayed wood is allowed to lie about the garden. Mix one desertspoonful of Laris green with lib of bran. Mix the whole in some sweetened water until it becomes a crumbly paste. The mixture is poisonous and should be kept away from children, animals, or birds. If placed underneath a bag or old timber it will be quite safe.
